ABOUT US
The Municipal Assessor's Office ensures that all laws and policies governing the appraisal and assessment of real properties for taxation purposes are properly executed and the appraisal and assessment functions are primarily exercised.

To attain maximum efficiency in the appraisal and assessment of real property for taxation purposes.
Mission
To implement innovative changes in systems, policies and procedures provided by law in order to generate sustainable revenues from realty taxes with minimal cost to the Local Government Unit (LGU).
